Abstract:
PURPOSE: To clearly alarm to the driver of a vehicle that the place is the no parking place by discriminating whether or not the vehicle is parked and light- emitting and sound-generating a light emitter and a sound generating buzzer.
CONSTITUTION: When a vehicle passes the front of the device, a vehicle detecting sensor 16 detects the vehicle and communicates a vehicle detecting signal to a parking discriminating circuit 20. The circuit 20, when the vehicle detecting signal continues for more than a constant time set beforehand, judges that the parking is obtained and outputs a parking signal. The parking signal is communicated to a light emitter 15 by a light emitter driving circuit 23, an alarm light is emitted, a sound generating buzzer 21 is driven by a sound generating buzzer driving circuit 24, the alarm sound is generated and the alarm is performed. Further, by the parking signal, a timer 17 is started, and the parking time until the parking signal is released is counted.
