To make the most of all the advantages of a shared memory system, and to improve the availability of a system by constituting a multinode system having a widely shared memory divided into node groups.
A multinode system having a widely shared memory divided into node groups is constituted. The sharing of the memory having compatibility in each group is operated. For example, in this node constitution 10, 2×4 node array grouped into four error confining node clusters, that is, ECCN 11-14 is obtained. Such multinode constitution provides the redundancy of a processor, input and output, and memory. Plural paths are provided between arbitrary two nodes by second-dimensional mutual connection. Thus, an error can be confined, and the availability of this system can be improved by these functions.
