Title:
NOISELESS TIRE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS62110501
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To disperse and relieve the extent of impact force at the time of block grounding in making an area and a block interval or the like on the block surface a primary factor, by setting a block arraying index within the specified range, in case of a block patterned tire. CONSTITUTION:An area of more than 80% of a tread part is constituted of block forms, and a concave area of each pattern should be set to more than 35% of the total surface area. And, a block arraying index N.I. being shown by relations of a circumferential distance XGi from one side pitch end E of the first unit block center-of-gravity Gi inside one pitch of the pattern should be set to a range of less than 0.45. Here the block arranging index N.I. shows that how exciting force to be produced when the block is grounded is dispersed, therefore as far as the value is smaller, the block array is optimized, thus uniform input is securable. With this constitution, impact force at the time of block grounding can be dispersed and relieved.
