To provide a non-stage transmission which has a small axial dimension by shortening the axial dimension of a stroke mechanism.

This transmission is provided with a pulley 21 having a fixed sheave 21a fixed to a pulley shaft 20 and a movable sheave 21b supported by the pulley shaft 20 so as to move in the axial direction, a stroke mechanism 22 for adjusting the width of the pulley groove by moving the movable sheave 21b by torque, an electric motor 40, and a gear mechanism for transmitting the torque of the electric motor 40 to the stroke mechanism 22. The stroke mechanism 22 is provided with an input gear 22d to which the torque is input from the gear mechanism, a female screw member 22b provided so as to integrally rotate together with the input gear, a first bearing 18 provided between the input gear or the female screw member and the movable sheave, a male screw member 22c locked by a transmission case 6, and a second bearing 19 for rotatably support the pulley shaft with respect to the transmission case. When the width of the groove is maximum, part of the female screw member 22b and the male screw member 22c overlap at the radially outside of the bearings 18, 19.
