This non-yellowing type thermosetting coating compound composition comprises (A) a thermosetting coating film-forming component and (B) 0.01-5wt.% based on the solid content of the coating compound of a heterocyclic compound capable of forming a complex with copper or a copper ion. The component B is preferably at least one selected from the group consisting of benzotriazole or its derivative, an imidazole derivative, a thiazole derivative and a thiadiazole such as benzoimidazole.
