Abstract:
To provide a noncontact information recording medium capable of selectively using a plurality of applications and allowing a user to easily set and select a usable application.
The medium comprises a case 20 with an antenna 22 formed thereon and a rotary body 30 mounted on the case 20 and on which an IC chip 10 is mounted. The IC chip 10 is detachably mounted on the rotary body 30. The medium is provided with a plurality of recessed portions 31a-31d with contacts 32a-32d electrically contacting with the IC chip 10 when the IC chip 10 is mounted, and provided with connecting members 33a-33d disposed with connection to the contacts 32a-32d for each of the plurality of recessed portions 31a-31d and selectively contacted with the antenna 22.
