Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncontact liquid level sensor excelling in durability of bearing as well as higher detection accuracy capable of improving intensity of bearings and also supporting rotary shafts so as to smoothly rotate without eccentricity.
SOLUTION: The housing 21 of this noncontact liquid level sensor is molded integrally with a pair of receiving holes 21d, 21e rotatably supporting a rotary shaft 36. Additionally, the rotary shaft 36 with a magnet 23 fixed on its peripheral surface is located on a magnet enclosure 21a formed on the housing 21, and one end of a float arm 22 is engaged into the pair of receiving holes 21d, 21e and also compressively fit into the rotary shaft 36 to rotatably support the rotary shaft 36.
