The nondestructive quality determination device for the agricultural products comprises a tray 16 for placing a plurality of the agricultural products 15, a conveyance device 11 for conveying the tray 16, a supply part 31 supplying the agricultural products 15 using the tray 16, a measurement part 13 wherein a light projecting means 17 and a light receiving means 18 are oppositely arranged, and a sorting part 32 sorting the agricultural products 15 based on result of quality determination.
