PURPOSE: To produce a nonwoven fabric simultaneously having good antimicrobial and miteproof properties and a laminate of the nonwoven fabric and provide a method for production by which the nonwoven fabric can stably be produced.

CONSTITUTION: This nonwoven fabric comprises a polyolefin, containing 0.3-0.7wt.% zirconium silver phosphate compound which is a silver-based antimicrobial agent and 0.2-0.5wt.% synthetic pyrethroid-based miteproof agent and having 10-50μm fiber diameter. The laminate of the nonwoven fabric is prepared by laminating the nonwoven fabric onto at least one surface of a thermoplastic resin. The method for producing the nonwoven fabric is to knead a polyolefin raw material containing 0.3-0.7wt.% silver-based antimicrobial agent and 0.2-0.5wt.% synthetic pyrethroid-based miteproof agent and then prepare filaments having 10-50μm fiber diameter from the polyolefin raw material and provide the nonwoven fabric from the resultant filaments.
