To provide a noodle boiling device which can semi-automatically boil a noodle and semi-automatically drain hot water out of the noodle without damaging the noodle.SOLUTION: A noodle boiling device comprises: a noodle holding device which has one or more holes formed on a surface thereof and is configured to be able to accommodate a noodle; a noodle boiling part 110 which has a hot water tank 112 which reserves hot water and a heater 114 which heats the hot water in the hot water tank; a noodle charging part 120 which introduces the noodle holding device into the noodle boiling part; a hot water draining part 130 which has a first pan having protrusions formed thereon engaging with the holes and a rotary drive part rotating the first pan and which rotates the noodle holding device in a state in which the holes engage with the protrusions to thereby drain the hot water out of the noodle accommodated in the noodle holding device; a noodle removal part 140 which removes the noodle holding device accommodating the noodle out of which the hot water is drained in the hot water draining part; a first movement mechanism 150 which moves the noodle holding device from the noodle boiling part to the hot water draining part; and a second movement mechanism which moves the noodle holding device from the hot water draining part to the noodle removal part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
