PURPOSE: To boil noodles up to their cores in a short time at a breath by partitioning the inside of a pot for cooking into an upper vessel part and a lower vessel part and fitting a plate member equipped with a boiling control part for generating convection currents by partially blowing hot water boiled in the lower vessel part up to the upper vessel part.
CONSTITUTION: The hot water in the lower vessel part is blown through the plural holes and set hole parts of a boiling control hole group 13 of a plate member 2 to the upper vessel part by boiling force but in this case, difference is generated in the blowing-up of hot water at the boiling control hole group 13 so that the hot water boiled in the lower vessel part can be not only blown from the circularly arranged holes of the boiling control hole group 13 up to the upper vessel part but also largely blown up from the set hole parts and the required quantity of this hot water generates the convenction currents corresponding to the radial position of a shaking sieve 16. The noodles in the shaking sieve 16 is rotated by this convenction current. Thus, since the noodles are rotated, the noodles are disentangled, boiled up to their cores in a short time and boiled up with uniform hardness by the rotations of noodles.
