Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copolymer having solubility to a solvent such as alcohols and a hydroxyl group and a N-substituted carbamate group capable of being proceed to a substrate and being used as a medical material or a packaging material.SOLUTION: A method of aminolysis of polyvinylene carbonate by RNH, where R represents a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 30 and containing at least one of an oxygen atom, a nitrogen atom or a sulfur atom without containing a hydroxyl group, provides a copolymer containing the following formulae (1) and (2) with the content thereof of (1):(2)=1:99 to 100:0 by mol%. The copolymer can be used as a cell culture substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: None
