Abstract:
To develop an excellent therapeutic agent for heart failure having little adverse effect from the stand point of suppression of excessive compensation mechanism or compensation breakdown and obtain a novel protein and its DNA.
A compound or its salt which regulates activity of the protein, an antibody for the protein and the like are useful, e.g., as a preventive and/or therapeutic agent for heart disease.
