PURPOSE: To provide a nozzle flaw detecting device capable of preventing the displacement of the position of a probe by allowing a taper section magnet wheel to roll on the outer peripheral slope of a taper section in the peripheral direction.
CONSTITUTION: This nozzle flaw detecting device is provided with a travel vehicle main body 11 having a large-diameter section magnet wheel 12 rollable along the large-diameter section 2 of a nozzle 1 made of a material attractable by a magnet and a taper section magnet wheel 13 rollable along a taper section 5 between the large-diameter section 2 and small-diameter section 4 of the nozzle 1 and a probe 9 for a ultrasonic flaw detection test supported on the travel wheel main body 11 via an arm mechanism 8, and a drive mechanism 14. The shape of the taper section magnet wheel 13 is formed into a truncated conical shape in response to the shape of the taper section 5 of the nozzle 1 so that the outer diameter is gradually expanded toward the large-diameter section 2 side from the small-diameter section 4 side of the nozzle 1. A drive mechanism 14 driving the taper section magnet wheel 13 is provided on the travel vehicle main body 11.
