PURPOSE: To efficiently produce the metal fine particle of high dimensional precision at a low cost by constituting the nozzle for producing fine metal powder with the cylindrical shape pressure proof plate nozzle having many nozzle holes and the nozzle plate, which has fine nozzle holes aligned to the nozzle hole.

CONSTITUTION: On a bottom plate 2 of a cylindrical pressure proof plate nozzle 1 having many nozzle holes 7 on a bottom plate 2 which forms an inlet part 5 of straight shape and an outlet part of enlarging opening, a nozzle plate 12 having a nozzle hole 10, which forms an inlet part 15 of funnel shape and an outlet part 16 of fine/straight shape, is mounted while inserting a pin 13 in pin holes 8, 11 so as to align the nozzle holes 7 and 10, so as to be pressed/ fixed with a nozzle plate retaining ring 14. By extruding a molten substance of alloy to be crushed, etc., through the nozzles 7, 10, the superfine alloy powder of stabilized high precision is produced in a high yield without deforming the nozzle plate 12.
