Abstract:
To provide a nuclear fuel storage facility capable of suppressing a nuclear fuel storage rack from horizontal movement or rocking with a simple structure.SOLUTION: The nuclear fuel storage facility comprises: wall side rack cell groups 55, 61, 64, 66, 72, 75, 78 and 81 which are in contact with inside surfaces 31a-34a of wall parts 31-34 in a nuclear fuel storage pit 11; storage rack cell groups 56,62,65,67,73,76,79,82 which are constituted of rack cells 53 disposed inside the wall side rack cell groups 55, 61, 64, 66, 72, 75, 78 and 81; and multiple nuclear fuel rods 59 each of which is stored in the rack cell 53 only in the storage rack cell groups 56, 62, 65, 67, 73, 76, 79 and 82.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
