Abstract:
PURPOSE:To shorten working time as a whole and to improve processing efficiency by generating numerical control information by which simultaneous cut is performed considering the balanced distribution of the working time by calculating the working time of each working process. CONSTITUTION:Working process information SE is sent from a processing order decision part 7 to a simultaneous cut coupling part 8 and a working time calculation part 14, and the working time of the working process information SE at every process is calculated at the working time calculation part 14, and working time information SH is sent to the simultaneous cut coupling part 8. When cut is performed by using, for example, a two-saddle lathe capable of performing simultaneous cut with plural tools at the simultaneous cut coupling part 8 based on the working processing information SE and the working time information SH, allocation to each saddle and simultaneous coupling in a process are performed so as to perform the simultaneous cut by distributing the working time with satisfactory balance to every tool. In such a way, it is possible to shorten the working time as a whole.
