Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the speed and accuracy of a three-dimensional laser beam machine by providing the numerical controller of the three-dimensional laser beam machine with an acceleration arithmetic means and a speed correcting means in accelerating / decelerating axial movement and adjusting a speed pattern for the rise or the fall of an orthogonal axis by increasing / decreasing a speed command value. CONSTITUTION:A differentiating circuit 5 is provided to operate the acceleration by differentiating a signal commanded by a speed command circuit 4, and a correcting amount setting circuit 6 is provided to suitably adjust the signal of the differentiating circuit 5 so as to add the signal of the correcting amount setting circuit 6 before a speed control circuit 7. Namely, the acceleration arithmetic means sets the correcting amount suitable for the acceleration of axial movement in the acceleration correcting means, and this correcting amount is added to the speed command value. Therefore, the rise or the fall of the orthogonal axis and the pattern of the speed are adjusted to (relation between time and the moving speed of the orthogonal axis) are adjusted to be same as those of a rotary axis (relation between time and the moving speed of the rotary axis), and the amount of moving the rotary axis of the orthogonal axis is made same. Thus, it is possible to improve the speed and accuracy of the laser beam machine such as securing linearity for linear work or the like.
