Abstract:
To provide a numerical control device and a numerical control method capable of suppressing vibration and reducing time required for processing a material to be cut.SOLUTION: A numerical control device includes a control unit capable of controlling operation of a machine capable of processing a material to be cut fixed to a table by driving a table or a tool, and executing acceleration/deceleration processing, based on a time constant when the table or the tool is moved. The control unit of the numerical control device calculates the time constant (S43). The control unit of the numerical control device calculates the amount of vibration of a machine tool generated by driving the table or the tool (S45, S47). The control unit of the numerical control device corrects the time constant so that the calculated vibration amount does not exceed a preset threshold value (S51). The control unit of the numerical control device performs the acceleration/deceleration processing using the corrected time constant. The control unit of the numerical control device controls the machine tool, based on a velocity waveform after the acceleration/deceleration processing is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
