Abstract:
PURPOSE:To perform the servo control of feed forward with a high precision by detecting the state of an interpolated curve of NC data and outputting an area signal to give optimum gain and time constant to a designated range if interpolated data is within the designated range. CONSTITUTION:An interpolated curve position detecting part 13 judges whether interpolated data interpolated by an interpolation operating part 11 is within the designated range or not, and an area signal (a) to give optimum gain and time constant is outputted if interpolated data is within the designated range. A data processing part 10 detects whether a point of inflection exists in inputted NC data or not; and if it is detected, an arbitrary width is given to the point of inflection, and this point is stored in a designated range storage part 12 and the designated range. If interpolated data is within the designated range, the interpolated curve position detecting part 13 outputs the area signal (a), which gives optimum gain and time constant to the designated range, to control a servo control part 14.
