A nursing care record browsing device 100 receives a browser category and a browsing purpose when displaying nursing care record. The nursing care record browsing device 100 specifies a browsing level based on a combination of the browser category and the browsing purpose, and replaces a part of sentences of the nursing care record with an abstract expression and black painting step by step according to the browsing level. Therefore, the nursing care record browsing device 100 can disclose the necessary information to the browser needing the information disclosure while maintaining the confidentiality.
