To provide a nursing care wheelchair with which even one care-giver can move a person who is cared for easily between a bed and the nursing care wheelchair and make the nursing care wheelchair move over to a toilet bowl, and the person who are cared for can defecate without moving over to the toilet bowl.

A forward part of a bilateral lower base 3 which extends in cross direction is linked with a linking stay at about the midpoint. An upper base 23 is set up for the lower base 3 so that the upper base 23 moves up and down in order to set up an opening 7 at about the midpoint through the back in cross direction between the lower base 3 and the upper base 23. At the same time, the upper base 23 has three walls 43, 45, 47 which are openable and closable from side to side and backward. When the upper base 23 is moved up and down and located on the bed height, and the bedside wall 45 or 47 is laid down on the bed, the person who is cared for is moved to the upper base 23 easily by sliding him on his back on the wall 45 or 47. The nursing care wheelchair can be moved backward so that the toilet bowl is slotted into the lower opening 7 of the upper base 23.
