Abstract:
PURPOSE: To feed O-rings surely one by one to increase productivity by feeding multiple O-rings loosened in single condition while the O-rings moved from one side to the other by the rotation of a rotating shaft are being collapsed by a guide and a vibration member.
CONSTITUTION: Multiple O-rings 12 fixed on a rotating shaft 2 are made in contact with a guide 4 on their upper side, made in contact with a vibration member 5 on their lower side and, because the vibration member 5 vibrates when the rotating shaft 2 is rotated, the O-rings 12 are collapsed by the guide 4 and vibration member 5 and moved, while being loosened, to the other side of the rotating shaft. If the O-rings 12 moved while being collapsed by the guide 4 and vibration member 5 are still overlapped each other, the rotating shaft 2 is rotated reversely by an O-ring detection sensor 7, the O-rings 12 are not fed but loosened again while being collapsed again by the guide 4 and vibration member 5. Thus the O-rings are fed so that they are not overlapped each other.
