PURPOSE: To transport object using a simple mechanism surely at a high speed without generating misattraction.

CONSTITUTION: A suction table 8 equipped at the periphery with suction hole and a suction surface is supported on an eccentric shaft 2 in eccentricity from the main shaft 1 together with a planet gear 7, which is fitted in an internal gear 6 so as to mesh therewith. On the eccentric shaft 2, a valve 3 is supported which selectively connect or disconnect a vacuum source with/from the suction table 8 in accordance with its rotational angle. Part of this valve 3 is engaged by the internal gear 6 with possibility of swinging oscillatively. A plurality of stations are furnished at the side of the periphery of the rotating locus of suction table 8, and object is sucked between stations and transported.
