To provide an object detection unit strong to noise and providing stable detection capability against fluctuation of a power source voltage supplied from an integrated apparatus side.
The object detection unit comprises a sending part generating a transmission wave which is a high frequency radio wave and sending it outside, a receiving part receiving a reflected wave bounced back by an object to be detected as a reception wave, and a detecting part detecting a standing wave generated by interference between the transmission wave and the reception wave or a mixer part mixing the transmission wave and the reception wave and extracting a beat signal. A high frequency area where the sending part, receiving part, and the detecting part or the mixer part are arranged, and an area partitioned from the high frequency area by a grounding area where a constant voltage supplying part supplying a constant voltage to the sending part is arranged, are constituted on the same substrate.
