Abstract:
To facilitate selection of an object intended by an operator when the operator accompanied by involuntary movement such as short and quick trembling selects the objective object from a plurality of objects displayed on a display screen by a pointing device.
It is distinguished whether pointer operation is caused by the involuntary movement or voluntary movement from a movement situation of a position or speed of a pointer. Movement of the selected object is approved according to a relative distance between the pointer and a specific point inside the object.
