To reduce an input load on a non-collision side seat periphery of an interior member upon a vehicle's receiving a load from a vehicle width direction.
When a vehicle 1 receives side collision and a door 5 is deformed to a cabin 9 side, the door 5 transmits a side-collision load to a seat reinforcing member 33 extending in the vehicle width direction at the lower portion of the seat 11. The load is transmitted to a reinforcing member 43 provided at the lower portion of the inside of a console box 17. The reinforcing member 43 is deformed toward the cabin side by receiving the load on a sidewall portion 49, so that an upper sloped wall portion 53 rotates a seesaw guide 59 to transmit a load to a center tunnel portion 19 through a lower sloped portion 47d on the non-collision side. By rotating the seesaw guide 59, the upper sloped wall portion 55 on the non-collision side is sprung upward; therefore the rigidity of a portion around the sidewall portion 51 on the non-collision side of the reinforcing member 43 is lowered to reduce the interference of the sidewall portion 51 with an occupant 65.
