PURPOSE: To fix an oil pick-up, arranged to the lower end of the oil feed hole of a rotary shaft, on a rotary shaft by means of a gas bleeding part.

CONSTITUTION: An oil pump member 18 immersed in oil in an oil reservoir 7 stored in a closed container 1 is attached to the lower end of a rotary shaft 5. The oil pump member is composed of a gas bleed part 20 additionally functioning as a mounting pin locked on the rotary shaft 5 and an oil pick up 21 engaged with the gas bleed part. The gas bleed part 20 is formed such that a resilient metallic sheet is curved in a cylindrical shape and a gap is provided between mating surfaces. The gas bleed part 20 is provided on both sides with notch protrusions locked on the rotary shaft 5 in an oil feed hole 17. An engaging hole engaged with the gas bleed part 20 and a cut are formed in the oil pick up 21, and the oil pick up is mounted in a way that the engaging hole is engaged with the gas bleed part.
