Abstract:

To provide an oil-in-water type skin cleansing cosmetic excellent in detergency, giving no stickiness after cleansing, and giving a moist feeling after cleansing even when repeatedly used with hot water for a short period of time.SOLUTION: Provided is an oil-in-water type skin cleansing cosmetic comprising: 0.01 to 10 mass% of component (a), 10 to 50 mass% of component (b), 1 to 10 mass% of component (c), and 1 to 20 mass% of component (d). The component (a) is an alkyl oxirane derivative represented by formula (1). The component (b) is a polyhydric alcohol with 2 to 6 carbon atoms. The component (c) is a polyglycerol fatty acid ester type nonionic surfactant. The component (d) is a fat. The formula (1) is R1O-(AO)n-H (R1 is an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms; AO is an oxyalkylene group having 3 carbon atoms; n is the average number of added moles of the oxyalkylene group AO; and 50≤n≤150).SELECTED DRAWING: None
