Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably separate/recover oil from chips by forming an oil guide member by fixedly arranging plural bar members juxtaposed toward the opposite side of the inclined chute surface on the other end of a chute by the respective tip parts through clearances.
SOLUTION: An oil guide member 13 is formed by fixedly arranging plural bar members 14 juxtaposed toward the opposite side of the inclined chute surface 11 on the other end 10B of a chute 10 by the respective tip parts 15A through clearances S1, S2. Thus, the surface area of an oil sticking oil guide member 13 can be increased, sticking force of oil to the oil guide member 13 is increased, and the oil can be reliably introduced to the oil guide member 13. Thus, an oil scattering quantity is reduced in the tip part 11A of the inclined chute surface 11, and an oil separating recovering rate can be enhanced. Since the oil flows between the clearances S1, S2 of the bar members 14, the oil can be reliably separated.
