Abstract:
To achieve a constitution for allowing a cylinder head cover and a baffle plate to be reliably adhered to each other without increasing an installation space for an oil separator passage and the weight of the cylinder head cover.
In this oil separator in which the oil separator passage 3 is formed utilizing a space S between the inner surface of the cylinder head cover 1 and the baffle plate of an internal combustion engine integrally joined by vibration welding, the shape of at least a portion of a side wall 14 along the direction the oil separator passage 3 is extended is made a bent shape or a curved shape.
