Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a fryer which never causes the deterioration of oil even by a long-term use, can prevent the oil from sputtering, and is easy to handle.
CONSTITUTION: The heating pipe 4a of a heating device is provided on the upper part of the lower protruding part 3a of the oil tank 3 of a fryer using only oil in such a manner as to be longitudinally penetrating through, and the bottom part outer wall plate of the oil tank 3 is curved into a continuous corrugated form to form a cooling fin 3b.
