To provide an oil temperature dehydration treatment method which does not allow lowering of oil temperature, even in the case that a large amount of waste is loaded into the oil, as well as an oil temperature dehydration treatment device.
This oil temperature dehydration treatment device 1 operates as follows: First, a heated oil for dehydration DO is stored in a device body 11, then the waste W to be loaded into the oil for dehydration DO by an upper layer feeder shaft 12 and a lower layer feeder shaft 13 incorporated in the device body 11, is stirred, and the moisture is dispersed by vaporization until the waste is removed from an upper layer discharge aperture 121 and a lower layer discharge aperture 131 of the device body 11. For the operating procedures, a tank body 14 for storing a stand-by oil WO is arranged outside the device body 11 for storing the oil for dehydration DO, and the device body 11 and the tank body 14 are connected together by a recovery pipe 15 which recovers the oil for dehydration DO from the device body 11 to a tank body 14 and a supply pipe 16 which supplies the stand-by oil WO to the device body 11 from the tank body 14. Further, a sending pump 161 is arranged on the supply pipe 16.
