Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make an operating system ranging from a sliding surface of a piston to a crankshaft into unlubricatedness in a lump, by filling up a lubricant in both hollow parts of a connecting rod and a piston pin, and feeding each sliding part with lubricating oil via a small end installation passage and an interconnecting hole. CONSTITUTION:Each of hollow parts 21a, 23a and 27a is installed in a piston pin 21, a connecting rod 28 a crankpin 27, and a grease-base lubricant is filled up in the inner part. The hollow part 23a of the connecting rod 23 is interconnected to all hermetically sealed spaces 84 of a sliding part 36 between a small edge 24 of the connecting rod 23 and the piston pin 21, a piston ring groove 42, the hollow part 27a of the crankpin 27 and a bearing 25 at the side of a large edge 26 of the connecting rod 23 via interconnecting holes 39 and 46, an interconnecting passage 41 or each of installation passages 37 and 45.
