Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an oily cosmetic which varies texture of an applied site and has cosmetic effect exhibiting attractive feature and which is excellent in sustainability of the cosmetic effect and has excellent usability and good safety and stability.
SOLUTION: This oily cosmetic contains the following components (a) and (b): (a) a pearly gloss pigment of a glass flake having a surface covered with a metal oxide and which has average thickness of 0.1-3.0 μm, average particle diameter of 1-700 μm and aspect ratio of 5-500; (b) an oil-soluble resin component.
