Title:
OILY WATER SEPARATING/RECOVERING MACHINE TO BE ARRANGED IN CLEANING APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2011245445
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an oily water separating/recovering machine in which a cleaning liquid and oil can be separated more completely from each other.

A cleaning apparatus is constituted so that a work W, to which oil is stuck, is set in a cleaning chamber 40 and the cleaning liquid is sprayed to detach the stuck oil from the work. A tank 10 is arranged for storing the cleaning liquid discharged from the cleaning chamber. A liquid suction pipe 102 is hung in the cleaning liquid in the tank, and a float 105 to be floated in the cleaning liquid is arranged. Thereby, a liquid suction port of the liquid suction pipe moves vertically according to the fluctuation of the surface of the cleaning liquid. An ejector pump 107 is arranged at the upper end of the liquid suction pipe. Compressed air is supplied to a throat part 108 of the ejector pump from an air-compressing source, and by keeping the inside of the liquid suction pipe in negative pressure, the liquid in an upper layer portion in the tank is sucked. By mixing the sucked liquid with the compressed air using the ejector pump, the sucked liquid is atomized and then the atomized liquid is introduced into a cyclone separator 110. Thereby, the oil in the cleaning liquid is stuck to the inside surface of the cyclone separator and the stuck oil is recovered.
