Abstract:
To obtain an oligonucleotide specifically binding to a thermostable direct hemolysin gene (tdh2) of Vibrio parahaemolyticus or an RNA derived from the gene.
This oligonucletide is used for detecting or amplifying the thermostable direct hemolysin gene (tdh2) of the Vibrio parahaemolyticus or the RNA derived from the gene. Furthermore, the oligonucleotide is capable of specifically binding to the tdh2 or the RNA derived therefrom and comprises at least ≥10 contiguous bases in any sequence described in specific 7 kinds of base sequences or an oligonucleotide is complementary to the oligonucleotide.
