Abstract:

To provide an omni-directional mobile vehicle capable of assisting the walk of a user.

The omni-directional mobile vehicle includes a base body 9, a moving motion unit 5 and an actuator device 7 which are connected to the base body to generate the driving force in the omni-direction including two directions orthogonal to each other on a floor surface, a direct-acting actuator 14 for expanding/contracting the base body, a seat 3 connected to the base body to receive the load of a user, and a control unit 50 which controls the height of a load receiving unit by controlling an expansion/contraction mechanism, and controls the posture of the base body by controlling a driving mechanism.
