To solve the problem that when carrying a conventional business bag, which becomes heavy storing documents and a personal computer, with a hand, an arm or on a shoulder, the belt bites the shoulder, which is painful, while bags with casters are often fixed types or exposed types.
In a bag which is increased in weight due to its stored items and makes it non-easy to carry it around, when a sliding type locking key 3 provided at the upper part of a bag body 1 is released and a handle 2 is pulled upward, caster parts 4 connected to the handle part are actuated to project outward from the bottom part of the bag body 1 and are fixed thereto, so that this bag fulfills a role as a bag with casters. When the sliding type locking key 3 is released and the handle part 2 is lowered in the lower direction, the caster parts 4 are stored in the bag body 1, so that the bag is usable as a usual handbag.
