Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a variation of a distance between an engagement piece (roller) and an attachment position of a spring in a cage, and to improve the durability of the spring, in a one-way clutch.SOLUTION: A one-way clutch 5 comprises: an inner ring 11; an outer ring 12; a plurality of rollers 13; an annular cage 14 in which a plurality of pockets 16 for holding the rollers 13 are formed with intervals in a peripheral direction; and a spring 15 which is attached to a column part 18 of the cage 14, and energizes the rollers 13 of the pockets 16 to one side of the peripheral direction. The cage 14 has a plurality of protrusions 25 which are fit to the inner ring 11 for making the cage 14 non-rotatable with respect to the inner ring 11 at an internal peripheral side. The inner ring 11 has a plurality of recesses 26 including cam faces 27 for making the rollers 13 bite into a clearance between an internal peripheral face 12a of the outer ring 12 and itself at an external peripheral side. The recesses 26 have fitting faces 29 which are formed as faces continuing to the cam faces 27 in the recesses 26, and to which the protrusions 25 tightly adhere.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
