To provide an open space monitor system, with which an open space such as a garden extending over a wide range can be monitored in every corner.

This system is configured by connecting a supervisory and control device 1 installed indoors and a camera monitoring means, which is packaged inside a multipurpose pole installed in the outdoor open space, provided with an image pickup module 32 at least.
