Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily form a lighting window without causing stress concentration by coupling U-shaped edge members to the upper and lower edge sections of an opening section, and inserting gap materials into gaps with the edge sections of the opening section to fix the opening section to a structure.
CONSTITUTION: A rectangular opening section 11 is formed on a corrugated sheet structure 10 as a window, and upper and lower U-shaped edge members 12A, 12B are coupled to the upper and lower edge sections. Upper and lower gap materials 13A, 13B are inserted into the gaps formed between the edge members 12A, 12B and at least one of the front and back face of the edge section of the opening section 11, and the opening section 11 is fixed to the structure 10. Both gap materials 13A, 13B are made longer in length than the upper and lower edge sections of the opening sections 11. Drain holes are preferably formed on the upper U-shaped edge member 12A at the positions corresponding to valley sections of the structure 10. The stress applied to the structure 10 can be prevented from being concentrated at the lower comer sections of the opening section 11.
