PURPOSE: To control the speed of revolution of a diesel engine for working steplessly from the number of revolutions for idling to the maximum number of revolutions for working by operating an all-speed governer of a fuel injection pump by means of a single operational lever.
CONSTITUTION: When an operation rod is shifted to the right to move a pin 17 of a fuel control lever from a travelling state set as illustrated to a working state, a bell crank B9 is shaked anticlockwise, and a connecting link 6 and one foot 10 of the bell crank B9 are brought into a straight line shown by line 6' and 10'. A bell crank A4 is positioned as a line 4' shows, and a speed control lever part is set at the minimum number of revolutions for working, for example, 800rpm. When the operation rod 13 is further shifted to the right, the joint link of the connecting link 6 and the foot 10 of the bell crank B9 is brought to a state shown by lines 6" and 10", and the bell crank A4 is shifted to a position shown by a line 4" to change the setting of the speed control lever part to the maximum number of revolutions for working, for example, 1,700rpm. This construction permits to control the speed for working steplessly.
