CONSTITUTION: In an operation management data editing processing means 1, extraction of necessary information from operation management data 11 and conversion of a record format for storing in a relational data base (RDB) are executed at every record discrimination unit, and an RDB storing file 12 is generated. Also, in an RDB storing processing means 2, a RDB storing file 12 edited for retrieval is stored in the RDB at every period determined by the operation management. Moreover, various retrieval processings are executed by a retrieval processing means 3 of the operating state, a graph output processing means 4, and a slip output processing means 5. In such a manner, the operating state can be retrieved immediately, and the graph output and the business form output can be simplified.
