To provide a structure of attaching an operation box for an electric vehicle, by which the operation box can be stably held on a handle by improving the precision of attachment for improved merchantability.

The structure of attaching the operation box for the electric vehicle has a loop handle 17 steering front wheels and is constructed for the electric vehicle equipped with an operation box 37 at the center part thereof. The handle 17 is fixed on an attachment base provided on the top of a steering shaft, and the operation box 37 is held by the handle 17 fixed on the attachment base. The operation box 37 is not fixed on the attachment base fixed on the top of the steering shaft but is supported by the attachment base while floating.
