The operation control method of a mobile base station, connected to the mobile communication system by a wireless relay channel, includes an interference estimate basic information acquisition step of acquiring estimate base information to estimate the state of radio wave interference with other base station from the mobile base station, an interference estimate step of estimating the state of radio wave interference between the mobile base station and the other base station, on the basis of the acquired estimate basic information and a control step of controlling the operation of the mobile base station, on the basis of the estimated radio wave interference state.
