A switching unit of the blow-out port of the air is operated through a cable 50 transmitting the operation procedure that an operation knob 35 is rotated around the axis which rotates an external shaft 36 and a gear part material 23 in the same direction and then a rack 19 engaged to a gear part 23a moves in the direction of right and left. The temperature control unit is operated through a cable 51 transmitting the operation procedure that a knob 40 is rotated around the axis which rotates an inner shaft 41 and a gear part material 25 in the same direction and then a rack 20 engaged to a gear part 25a moves in the direction of right and left. The switching operation of damper unit is carried out through a cable 46 transmitting the procedure that the external shaft 36 and the inner shaft 41 move shakily in the direction of right and left with use of movable joints 37 & 42 as a fulcrum when the sliding operation of the operation knobs 35, 40 are made in the direction of right and left.
