PURPOSE: To easily engage the extreme end of an operation handle with an operation shaft, and easily guide the operation handle engaged with the operation shaft at its extreme end into a handle inserting hole.

CONSTITUTION: A spare tire 18 received on the underside of the nearly center of a cross member 13 mounted over a pair of side members 11,12, is connected to a chain 19 of a spare tire carrier 21 fitted to one cross member 11. An operation shaft 22 for winding or delivering the chain 19 of the carrier 21 is fitted facing to a handle inserting hole 14a provided on the nearly center of a rear bumper 14. A guide tool 30 to guide the extreme end of a handle 23 to the operation shaft 22 at inserting the handle 23 and guide the extreme end of the handle 23 to the handle inserting hole 14a at withdrawing the handle 23, is provided on the inside of the bumper 14.
