To provide an operation support device which supports an operator to execute complicated operations without omission.

The operation support device has: an object information acquisition means 1 for acquiring information on an object for operation when the operator performs the operations; a position/posture measurement means 2 for measuring a position and posture of the operator; a task information management means 3 for storing operation information of hands in the operation performed by the operator; a guidance path calculation means 4 for calculating a path for guiding the hands of the operator; an object state discrimination means 5 for discriminate a state of the object for operation; a operator guiding means 6 for supporting tasks executed by the operator and a control means 7 for controlling the respective means.
