Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for improving followability to a target.SOLUTION: A drive support system is a system mounted on an automobile and controls the behavior of the automobile on which the system is mounted. In target following control, a current position of a vehicle detected by a position detection part is acquired (S110), and a target point P(x,y) is set (S120). Furthermore, a current turning center Oand a target turning radius R of the vehicle are calculated (S130, S140), and a control steering angle δ is calculated so that a turning radius r converges to the target turning radius R (S150). Then, in the target following control, the control steering angle δ is output to an actuator (a steering device), and the steering is controlled (S170).
